Refund & cancellation policy

Cancelling

Every member email contains a cancellation link, and you can also write to [email protected] from the address you subscribed with. Cancellation stops the next charge immediately. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut it short.

Refunds

• First 14 days. Full refund of your most recent payment on request, for any reason or none.
• Annual plans. Within 14 days of the charge, a full refund. After that, write to us: if you have barely used the year, we will usually refund the unused months pro rata.
• Accidental renewal. If an annual or monthly renewal caught you by surprise and you have not opened the member emails since, we refund it.
• Duplicate or wrong charges. Always refunded in full, as soon as we see them.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because member content is delivered immediately by email, you agree at checkout that delivery begins at once; our 14-day policy above matches that right rather than limiting it. Nothing here affects rights you have under local consumer law.

Price changes and ending the service

If we change the price, existing members are told by email before it applies and can cancel first. If we stop publishing Fit365 Plus altogether, we refund the unused part of any period already paid for.

Payment problems

Failed payments are retried by the processor for a few days. If payment still fails, member emails pause and the subscription ends — there is no debt collection and no fee. Resubscribe whenever you like.
