Honest expectations
- It is email, not an app. There is no login, no forum and no video library. Everything arrives in your inbox.
- It is general programming. A monthly PDF written for a readership is not individual coaching, and it is not rehabilitation.
- It will not replace a coach if you are chasing a competitive total or returning from injury. It will replace the hour you spend assembling a plan from the internet.
- Pause it any time. Travelling for two months? Cancel and rejoin — we keep nothing hostage.
Questions
Why charge at all?
Because the alternative is advertising, affiliate links or sponsored posts, and all three quietly change what gets written. Reader funding keeps the recommendations boring and honest.
Does the free email get worse?
No. The Monday email is the same email it has always been, and nothing is being moved behind the paywall. Fit365 Plus is additional material, not a ransom.
How do I cancel?
Every member email has a cancel link that works in one click, and you can always write to [email protected]. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
Can I expense it?
Yes — the payment processor emails a proper receipt, and you can add a company name and VAT number at checkout.
What if it is not for me?
Write within 14 days and we refund in full, no questions. We would rather have the money back out than a reluctant member.
