What this site is

Fit365 Zone publishes general fitness and nutrition information, plus an opt-in email newsletter. Everything here is educational. It is not medical advice, coaching, diagnosis or treatment, and no reader-publisher relationship creates a duty of care over your training decisions.

Use of the content

You may read, print and share links to our articles freely, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole articles, sell our content, or use it to train commercial machine-learning models without written permission. All text, design and marks on the site remain our property or that of our licensors.
