Fit365 Zone (“we”) publishes fitness articles and a weekly email newsletter at fit365zone.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect

We do not ask for, and do not want, health data, payment details or government identifiers. Please do not send medical details through the contact form.
Legal basis
Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for the newsletter (withdrawable at any time), and on legitimate interests for replying to your messages, keeping the site secure and measuring engagement in aggregate.
Who processes it
Your address is stored with our email service provider and our hosting provider, who act on our instructions and are bound by contract. Some of these providers operate in the United States; transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where required. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share your address with advertisers.
How long we keep it
- Subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record of the address afterwards so that we do not email you again by mistake.
- Contact messages: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Server logs: typically 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Unsubscribing
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link and the matching email headers, so your mail client can unsubscribe for you. You can also use the unsubscribe form. It takes effect immediately.
Children
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If a child has subscribed, write to us and we will delete the record.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to subscriber data is limited to people who need it, and our outbound email is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. No system is perfect; if we discover a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
